Where we are now
Customers browse and order in the iKota app. Shop teams manage products, preparation and dispatch in Operations. Drivers receive assignments and record progress through delivery.

We are improving the experience through feedback from customers, shop teams and Drivers, with a focus on clear information and dependable day-to-day workflows.
