Browse here, order in the iKota Customer app. This is what happens at each step.
The delivery flow

You place an order
You choose a Store and place your order in the iKota app.

The Store confirms and prepares
The Store accepts the order and prepares it.

Your order is collected
For delivery orders, an eligible Driver collects from the Store. For collection orders, you collect from the Store when it is ready.

Delivery is verified
The Driver travels to you and the handover is verified on delivery.

Payment state is confirmed
The payment state for the order is confirmed.

Service options differ by Store. Each Store page shows the options that Store actually offers.
Delivery
Where the Store offers delivery to your area, an iKota Driver brings your order to you.
Takeaway / collection
Some Stores let you collect your order yourself once it is ready.
In-store
Some Stores also serve customers at the counter.
Pay when you receive your order
Pay in cash or, where enabled by the Store, by physical card machine when your order is delivered or collected. The app shows the methods available for your order; this flow does not collect online card payments.
