Our approach
The website uses semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard focus styles, responsive layouts and descriptions for meaningful images. We aim for readable content and navigation without relying on colour alone.
Current limitations
A complete independent accessibility assessment has not been completed; we do not claim certified conformance. Store-supplied content, third-party services and some app interactions may present barriers.
Report a barrier
Call our number or send an enquiry describing the page/feature, device/browser and what prevented completion. Share assistive-technology details only if comfortable. We will review the issue and discuss another way to help where available.
